The processing activities described below are based, depending on the purpose, on Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (performance of a contract), or (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR.
3. Hosting and server log files
When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files transmitted by your browser. This includes: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing device, time of the server request, and IP address. This data is processed solely to ensure smooth operation and to improve our offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data sources.

6. Appointment booking via Calendly
To arrange consultation appointments, we use the booking service Calendly (Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA). When you use the booking form, the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, preferred appointment) is transmitted to and processed by Calendly. 7. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, phone, or via a contact form, we store your details for the purpose of processing your request and any follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We do not pass this data on without your consent.
8. Embedded fonts (Google Fonts)
This website uses "Google Fonts", a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to ensure consistent typography. When you visit a page, your browser loads the required fonts from Google's servers, which establishes a connection to Google and transmits your IP address. 9. VEGA's own behavioral analytics technology
As a provider of website behavioral analysis, we also use elements of our own VEGA technology on our website to understand how visitors interact with our content and to continuously improve our offering.
